We guarantee the delivery of your order and we assume the responsibility to refund the full amount or to send you a new product, in case the product is lost or lost before receipt.


Delivery time: from 3 to 10 calendar days, depending on the chosen freight (it is understood that Saturday is not a working day).

 

The products presented on our website are found in Brazil.



We work with two modes of delivery, the maximum delivery time for both is 15 working days after posting by post, but generally it takes 5 to 12 working days.



Your order will be posted after Confirmation of Payment and after the Logistic Processing thereof.



Payment Confirmation: This is what tells us everything is fine with your order. And this occurs when you complete the purchase and inform your billing data, whether by credit card or bank slip, this confirmation can take 1 to 3 business days, as per the rule of credit card operators and responsible banks.



Logistic Processing can take 2 to 7 days depending on the place of origin of the product(s), but usually takes 2 to 5 days. And don't worry, we have a specialized team that monitors this entire stage of the process to ensure your peace of mind without having to follow the shipping steps at all times.


Deadline for confirmation of payment: From 1 to 3 business days.



Logistic processing time: 2 to 7 working days (depending on the product's region of origin).



Post Office Deadline: 5 to 12 business days.

Remembering that these are the maximum deadlines, that is, you can receive the products before the deadline.
